I absolutely will not leave my climbing stand in the woods for two reasons;

First, I believe anything with our human scent and especially on the ground might just cause that big buck to skirt around that specific area. If that big buck happens along during the night I don' t want him to sniff my stand or even see it there.

2nd, with my intentions of coming back to hunt the next morning, I may decide I would rather hunt another location, and I certainly do not want to leave such an investment for anyone to find.
