The movie has stunning scenery.............shot mostly in the small Northern BC town of Atlin and along the highway between Whitehorse and Skagway. I've never been able to look at a mouse in the same way after watching that film.
The Dehavilin Beaver (flown by Denahe) belonged to a friend of mine and sadly crashed into Dease Lake killing 7 people a few years later. It was in fantastic condition though the Disney crew managed to make it look like a wreck.
