Right now, I practice maybe every other day, skipping no more than 2 days. I don't go by the quantity of arrows as the quaility of the shot. In other words..100 shots with bad form does not come close to 5 shots with good form. If your not in the groove with a particular session-shot go inside, think about what you may have been doing wrong and come out tomorrow flinging.
