Well guys, it's decided. I'm keeping the .58 Green Mountain barrel on the 1" Hawken stock that I refinished in March. The Reneken /Hawkagade is no more. She's pure Hawken now.

TC replaced the Hawken's broken front trigger with a brand spanking new trigger group. I drilled and tapped the tang and mounted a TC hunter peep. The 1:70 twist GM barrel is six inches longer than the standard TC barrel and looks mighty fine on a Hawken stock.

I'm heading to the Honey Hole range Friday evening with supply of tumbled balls, a pound each of GOEX FFg and FFFg, and an assortment of patch thicknesses. Can't wait.
