took shooting bird number 24 to finally get a non-typical. Not that I was ever targeting this objective but it was a nice bonus. I have 2 full mounts and I would be turkey meat myself if my wife found another one show up so the roosted mount will have to wait for the next double beard


spurs were 1 1/8, he weighed around 23-24 lbs (300lb scale is not real accurate). I just enjoyed having the double beards and to be honest I never measured them in all my excitement. I'll have to do that but I'm guessing around 9 inches and 8 inches for them.
