I don't post much but I agree with every response. I have been going to Ohio from Tenn. the last five years to hunt on a farm in Hillsboro. I go up early Nov looking for a big buck first or a really big doe second hunting with a bow. I have never let an arrow fly. Friday after Thanksgiving I go with the bow and shotgun. First three days with bow being a little less selective but still looking for big. Opening day of shot gun if its over 90lb I take the shot to put meat in freezer.
The farmer hopes I get a bigg-un but is happy when I thin the heard. What ever makes the hunter and/or the land owner happy is what is best for everyone.
