Go to this website and scroll down to where it has the heading POWDER, CAP AND PRIMER: This is one article and I can't find it cause I'm in a hurry, but he out lines the T7 and BH and for the money BH is cheap. The way he figured it out was the volicity. It took more T7 to reach a certian volicity than BH. Thats why BH is only in a 10oz than a pound. 10oz of BH equals a pound of T7. I wish I could find the actuall article. Oh and he did say to stay away from Jim Shocky crap.
