I myself come from the top down, however it doesn' t matter where you come from as long as you are comfortable with your form. I am a huge believer in the way you shoot is all based around your form. You can be shooting " lights out" one day, and not hit the side of a barn the other. I believe this is because many shooters don' t pay attention to form. the most critical part of the form, in my opinion, is the follow thru. Holding steady, and following thru will produce better shots, which in turn produces better form. So regardless of how you settle the pin, if your form is not correct it really won' t matter
