Default RE: A little Devil' s Advocate Anyone?

Let him walk.....that' s just the rules. I shot a 3 point by mistake(mistook for a doe, long story) one year and about a week later had a wall hanger 10 pt under my stand for about 20 minutes feeding.....I could have whacked that buck many times, but I didn' t. I wanted to, but I didn' t shoot.

ethics is like your virginity, once it' s gone and you' ve crossed that line , you can never go back......anyone that really loves hunting isn' t going to cross that line.....
it' s just not worth it......
That' s rediculous! No comparison at all.....an individual can change, virginity is a one time thing, period. Besides, ethically you shoot this old, sub-par deer to remove him from the gene pool....legal and ethical are not the same. It' s ultimately your decision of when ethics is more important than law.
