I'll say that if these officials didn't recognize that the actions broke the law then they are unquestionable NOT QUALIFIED to be in their positions. Fire them. And certainly charge them for their involvement.

As to the killing of the deer, which is pretty much unquestionable or deniable, WHERE ARE THE POACHING CHARGES? A fraudulently or illegally obtained permit is NOT VALID. It is the same as NO PERMIT. And THAT is poaching.

So here we go again. Are the officials who are now in charge of this too stupid to not recognize the poaching that has occured? Turn another blind eye? Don't realize that it is criminal?

Good God the incompetence.
