The deadline for entering is the end of Sept. But I always allow a grace period to send your money in. I don' t want to have somebody go out, shoot a monster buck then decide to enter the contest, so I' d like to have the majority of the entries in by the end of Sept.

The deadline for submitting your trophies is the last day of January, then the voting will commence and we will have until the end of March to cast your votes. After that, I will get the trophies engraved and mail them out.
