RE: Hey Buck Magnet
I' m getting a used 60# stalker w/ infinity cam, new strings and cables. (no grip, it was replaced with simms wrap)
All 3 of my current bows are 70# models backed off some and I always wanted a 60#er so I could just max and forget about it. It was such a good deal I couldn' t pass it up. I don' t want to jinks it, but lets just say the sights on my mighty mite cost more than the agreed on price!! When I have it in my hands I' ll fill you in on the amount spent.
MM speed- I accidentally shot one of my arrows through the chrony w/out the 100 grain f/p and my it read 305!!
Yeah, the string leech' s won' t last long, so far the bottom shows no wear and the top has ripped an arm, but they do their job too well for me not to use them. I ordered the new super duper model today. They are slimmer and supposed to last longer.
I' m still undecided on what head to use this year, with all heads tested performing so well the sky is the limit.
I' m tempted to use my marden mini-max' s 3' s, but am afraid to wound an animal trying them out. I might pick up some muzzy phantoms from wally wold the next time I head to the lease, But then again I already have 5 titans with the same cutting diameter, yeah they might explode on the other side, but I really don' t care once they' ve passed through.
Then there' s the muzzy 1003 & 4 blades, sidewinders, shockwaves, snypers and slick tricks.
I' ve bought too many and now have to decide.
My quiver will include some cut on contact for deer or pigs and some mechanicals for deer or smaller pigs only.
