Based on 2007 elk license sales figures, about 12% of Montana resident elk hunters also bought a wolf
license in 2009.
Unless they're trying to keep all the wolf hunting for residents, they should price these more as a opportunity tag for both residents and non-residents I feel.
Wonder what the 2010 Wolf seasons will bring? quotas etc...?
Thats the key, Montana is playing it close to the vest until the latest round of lawsuits is cleared. Hopefully, that idiot judge Malloy will green light and tell the Defenders of Wildlife and their ilk to push off and we can finally get down to the biz of pounding the wolf and saving the elk. Last years quota was just BS until the latest court case. As long as the anti's can keep this in court, they can court money from idiot supporters, it never ends.
