Removing fletching
I have Beman ICS arrows with the stock fletching. Do you just take a knife and scrape off the old fletching or what? I don' t want to damage the shaft. I know there is a tool made just for this but I wasn' t able to find one at two stores yesterday and I would like to get going on this. Thanks
