I've got a Swift Premier 4-12x40 from a few years back and it's a nice scope. Can't comment on your bargain. Hope it holds up for you.

I was led to Swift several years ago because of a pair of old binocs I own that are Swift,, nice glass for the cost, but they are quite a bit older and ya know how some stuff was made back then compared to now.
