Actually I don' t fletch my own yet, I get an archery shop near me to fletch them for me. I am getting a Jo Jan Multi-Fletcher for Christmas from my wife, so after Christmas I will be fletching my own. But the shop I use does a great job. Not sloppy like some others I have seen.
