Wrong again. there is no way to compare the success rate in 1986 to the success rate in 2008 ,because in 1986 hunters were allowed to harvest one deer / year as I recall from memory. In 2008 hunters were allowed to harvest 1 buck and multiple doe and DMAP doe were not included in the harvest. therefore, it is mathematically impossible to calculate the success rate in 2008 compared to 1986.
