Not bad, but check http://sportsmansguide.com and periodically you'll find the entire backpack complete with bladder, tubing, and all for $15-$25. Usually in camo too.

BTW, have you tried the Disabled Forum? You'll find it just below the Young Hunters Forum. There's a lot of good info to be had there, someone there is bound to know about accessible hunting.
