SCI has a ton of different "Slams" you could go after. They divide species such as whitetail deer into many more sub species.
You can also look at mini-slams such as the Deer Slam, all 5 species of deer listed by P&Y
Whitetail
Mule
Coues
Columbian Blacktail
Sitka Backtail
Of course the NWTF World Slam is a dream of mine... all 6 species of Wild Turkey!
