Mike Im shooting a 400gr arrow and getting KE in the low to mid 70s
I chose the Gator XP for the upcoming season based on 5shots review and my own observations. I am also in 100% agreement with PABowhntr, I believe the design of this mechanical so improves penetration that is will out penatrate heads of a smaller diameter especially when hard obstacles are encountered. Also I recently saw some research on arrow penetration and saw 0% of 3 bladed heads would penatrate the scapula. The 2 bladed design, unique blade deployment and the giant whole these heads leave all lead me to believe this is one awsome head.
