I have a Kick-Eez on my 300 Weatherby and it cushions it nicely.

Only problem is the butt of this shotgun is much smaller than most recoil pads. I'd need to trim it down quite a bit.

It also has a 22 barrel that we can practice with quite a bit to get use to aiming the gun. No recoil and easier on the wallet.
