Let me tell you that surgery must be a last resort. I had both left and Right rotators done and it ain't no picnic. I had to give up my conv. bow and use a cross bow. Two years later I still can't lift my arms above my head. The surgery still was a success because it got rid of the constant pain and grinding when in motion. You may have to see a ortho. DR. too get to the bottom of your problem.
