Best advice is to sell your caplock barrel and buy a flinter barrel.
I know you're right about that
Bronko. But I've got a new unfired GM LRH 50 caliber barrel sitting in the closet that I haven't decided what to do with yet.
I have a possible deal working that might yield a TC Hawken caplock with a rusted barrel at a rock bottom price. I was thinking a LRH flintlock Hawken might be pretty neat. I think a lock is around $120. I could sell my barrel, but I don't think there are many LRH flint barrels around any more.
