You have the weight of your arrow completely wrong. That arrow is weighted at 8.2 gpi. The 400 has to do with the spline strength I believe. So give yourself an 1" on draw your arrow weight is 221 grains with a 100 grain RAGE for a total of 321.
321*290*290/450240 gets you down to 60.03 lbs of ke.
