RR hit a real good point...Degrease!! Get the oil off the screws and the holes. Use a Q-Tip or piece of tissue with a solvent and get 'em cleaned up before you use any type of locking agent. And as SKB said, proper torque is important also. The Fat Wrench is a good choice for work such as this. It's a good tool for any workbench.
