Default Silencing the arrow rest

The noise as the arrow pulls back across the rests can be loud and is a particulalrly unatural noise that deer pick up on instantly..
Shrink tubing doesn' t last for very long.
The fuzzy style tubing is better and completely quiet, but as the thick fuzz wears down, it actually affects my accuracy..
What are the best solutions out there?
On my bows, I have standard rests (Quick Tune and Pro Hunter)
Thanks
