I tried for 2 weeks to get a reply from them with a question and never got anything. I was wanting to make around a $500 order and couldn't even talk to anyone. The site just seemed like a scam to me. At the very best they have crappy customer service! I ordered from Bowhunters supply store. I sent them an email and had a reply in about 15 minutes.
