I would say the best cameras for under 200 would have to be the Bushnell trophy cam it has a 1.02 sec. trigger speed, 45 ft. flash range, wide detection zone, 45ft.detection range, 7-11 sec. recovery time and batteries last 4-6 months.
Another good one would be Scoutgaurd SG550 it has a 1.5 sec. trigger speed, 40ft. flash range, wide detection zone, 50 ft. detection range 6-10 sec. recovery time and batteries last 3-5 months.
Now also the Cudde capture IR is not bad, it has a .4 sec. trigger speed, 35 ft. flash range, it has the narrow detection zone (but most of the animals will be centered in the pics, but normally its only one pic. unless on a feeder or scrape). 50 ft. detection range, 30 sec. recovery time and batteries last around one month.
All these cameras can be found on the internet for under $200.
