90gr loose Pyrodex RS or 2 50gr Pyrodex pellets. As far as bullets and sabots, I'd give, Gold Dot, Barnes MZ Expanders, and XTP's all a chance in a black Harvestor Crushed Rib sabot with Winchester W209 primers.
