Well, probably my weirdest one was just this season. 95 grains T7 & 200 grain XTP - range was about 40 yards. I hit the doe which was sharply quartering to me just behind the front shoulder right in the spine. The bullet fragged, but a large chunk penetrated almost the whole length of the deer and lodged in the rear ham.

The weird part though, was the entrance hole - it was at least 2.5" in diameter! My buddy swore that had to be the exit hole, but that wasn't the case. So the bullet somehow exploded with enough force upon hitting the spine to open up that big of an entrance hole, but still managed to penetrate over 30" through the deer. I'm still scratching my head over that one....
