I just drop my shafts in mine w/ nock in place. The AZ-EZ has an indexing piece for regular nocks on vert bows arrows, I did some of those for a friend and it was a real pita to align it w/ c0ck vane.

Danny advised me to get the rh helical, but have read of others happy w/ their AZ choices too.
