Once again the Colorado Wildlife Federation (CWF) has the CO Governor's elk tag to be given away in a raffle. The tag allows elk hunting in any unit in CO, during any open season, with any firearm. (Yes, you can hunt elk in the high draw units with your rifle during archery season....if you want to) This year, the winner of the tag will also win a $1,000 gift card to Cabelas.
