I would return that scope and get the Leupold VXII 2x7,have one on my Omega with stainless barrel,you can definetly use the extra magnification and Bushnell scopes are a problem waiting to happen.You can pay now or you can pay later!I' m speaking from experience had Bushnells leak nitrogen and have had the internals fail to hold zero.Good Luck your going to love your Omega
