Cold weather is a frame of mind. Its what your acclimated to. When my little sister was married in Dallas in March, my girlfriend and I flew in for it. It was 50+ degrees there, and they were running around in winter jackets. My date and I wore no jackets, and my future brother in law's mother thought we were crazy. Well we came from -10 below zero to above 50 so it was a heat wave to us.

They came and visited us one winter and it was -20 below one day. I was outside doing some wood in a Levi jacket. My brother in law came out to visit with me in my Winter Snow Parka (I use this when I blow snow on real cold days). He come penguin walking out and he looked so funny standing there telling me how cold it was.

I do feel sorry for the people right now in the south. And we are going to be sorry for it also when the citrus crops are evaluated. But these people walking around in temps they just are not accustomed to... I know what that is like.
