Yea that happened to me 3 years ago. Bucks all around (3) when I had to shoot a doe so the next day I went somewhere where I could shoot a buck first and only saw does. . Think of this way, any time in the woods is good time. Should be a super nice evening, go out and get yourself one. Good luck.
