I have to agree with Lee - I really would prefer a stainless - but I have a weather shield and so far I see no problems - and if it happens TC says they will warrant it.

I am sure they had to spend a few bucks testing it, knowing if it did not hold up well they would have to warrant it -actually the contract with the company appliing the Weather Shield would have to fix it.

But even then - out of all the Weather Shield guns out there - there has to be a percentage that will have a problem. I see now they have enough confidence in it to move the Omega line into the Weather Shield product. I would still rather have a stainless...
