Add Michigan to that list. However, the DNR here rules that the maximum arrow speed is 350 fps. No arrow weight is listed for that ruling, so Conservation Officers will go by the bow's listed fps on the manufacturer's website (per another poster's statement when he asked the DNR about this).
The problem with this is that most manufacturers use light 350 gr. arrows for their fps spec. But many hunters use heavier arrows for the benefit of deeper penetration on game and lower noise levels at the shot. The result is a slower arrow speed.
Bottom line is that although your particular outfit may shoot below the 350 fps limit while using a heavier hunting arrow, in Michigan you could potentially receive a citation for violating the "speed limit" because the mfg's site says the bow shoots above 350 fps.
