Just for information I have completed a couple of Knight's also - 2 FPJ's and one NFPJ. I am about to do a Knight Vison plug also. It is my feeling that the 'vent liner' and opening of the flame channel does have a direct effect on the reduction (not elimination) of blow back in the breech area with the Knight DISC.
Hate to hijack here but, sl, I have two visions, each came with a different style bp. One has issues, the other doesn't. Knight has asked me to send it in for inspection. Both are crazy accurate. One has a cone shape on the inner side , the other is flat. When you are talking about opening the flame channel, does the vent liner keep the powder from entering the channel? Excuse my ignorance,,,thanks..
