I haven' t hunted with a bow mounted quiver AT ALL in the last 6 years. I HATE the stupid things. Noisy, knock your bow out of balance, ugly monstrosities if you ask me.

I have been using a Catquiver1 for the last 2 seasons and it works out great. I wear it when I climb, slip it off and strap it to the tree. The little pouch on top holds what little gear I need with no need for a fanny pack..... kills 2 birds (and hopefully a deer) at the same time.
