I can accurately quote you the laws, but I highly suggest in sensitive matters where it could you cost you a large fine and/or jail time, to not take people for their word, but to get it from the horses' mouth!

Go to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms(and explosives!) at the below link:

Then look at the upper right-hand side where it says "Contact ATF".

Then go to "Field Divisions",

Then go to your STATE and look up "Industry Operations" and DIAL the phone number there and ask them yourself!
