The only stupid question is one not asked. I agree, road hunting is 100% illegal, and, for the fact of the matter, unethical. Don't shoot animals from the road, because that is what the ANTI's want to portray us as: simpletons who shoot the first thing that moves. Things like this only hurt the reputations of the hunters of North America and it's unfair. I am an EXTREMELY ethical person, and it drives me nuts to see stuff like this go on. Track deer until you find it, never assume you missed, and don't ROAD HUNT. Either of the options stated are unlawful and unethical. Don't do it. Thank you.
