A good friend of mine has the IR-C and it takes a good picture (only had the chance to see day pictures). My neighbour and I were using his IR-A late this summer and early fall. It took very good pictures in the day but the night pictures would have to be classified as "fair". We were using Kingston and Lexar 2gb cards and they worked equally well. I know this isn't info about the IR-B but hopefully it might be of some use.
