MD, I have used nothing but Pellets ever since I got My first Inline. I just finally switched to loose powder this Fall. When I used pellets I never ever had a Misfire with a Primer or the Pellets not Igniting. I Hunt in some of the Snowiest, Coldest, Rainest Conditions in the U.S. here in the North, never had a problem with Pellets or Primers. But as I mentioned I do cover my Muzzle end with Masking Tape, mabey more should try this, or at least Finger Cots.
