Neat video. That is a straight pull bolt. Nothing new there as SPBs were in use in the late 19th Century. The Swiss K31 is a commonly available milsurp rifle that uses a SPB. Steyr-Mannlicher also made rifles with SPBs.
The marvelous Anschutz Biathlon target rifle uses a Fortner SPB and is about as fast as a semi.
