Everyone is different...nothing right or wrong with it. My grandpa for example may hunt for a week straight and pass on several deer but when he is ready to go home he shoots the first legal thing that passes...and is as happy as can be. He loves hunting and killing. Me on the other hand am a little more patient and just as happy. 2 different people, with 2 different motives. I just hope that I have the same thrill that he does when im 75 years old. And by the way when he started hunting there were very few deer here and you were only allowed to shoot bucks...and a buck with only 1 horn was the same a 10 point. It has taken me 6 years of talking to and convincing, but he finally shot his first doe last year and shot another one this year. I mean he takes lots of pictures and is just flat out pumped about anything that he shoots. So I will never take that away from him.
