I've got a couple of spots picked out for next season and I intend to camp out and rattle in at least one of them. As good as these deer I'm seeing are, I still think its a poor location, meaning, there's some serious deer out there in the less accessible portions of the ranch.

I've done a heck of alot of down and dirty hunting in the past, gearing up and finding a bush to hide in and what not. I've got a nice 8 pt horn mount from that and have seen plenty of deer that way. This is my 8 year old dsughter's first season hunting so I went ahead and got a nice, solid ground blind we could sit together in but its time we got out and did it the other way.
