I am probably asking something rather dumb to most of you or has been posted and i can't seem to find in a search. What are the rules in selling or tradeing someone a muzzle loader? I can buy one from mail order Cabela's with just a signiture. Any problems i should know about other that a couple states maybe not allowing it? Enlighten me please or direct me to where i should look it up, thanks guys
