www.doeblers.com delivers to NY but I am in central Pa and they are the ones I go through for corn and soybean seed. It advertises sales on their website for the NE and mid atlantic states.
I usually plant Antler King Honey Hole for the turnips and Antler King Trophy Clover for the chicory/clover plots. I had alot of good success with Antler King products, however their mineral blocks suck- turn to mush as soon as they get damp.
