i have been through that kind of back woods mentality while hunting central pennsylvania. they look down on you from hunting from a stand. i just feel safer i go up in the morning at down at dark. another issue i have is if your caught stealing a stand the fines should be stiffer- loss of liscence and violaters should be prosecuted under the hunter harrasment laws.
