Ya i went Wednesday and he told me i need to do therapy before any surgery. I almost **** my self. Guess it is more for insurance then healing. My hope is when the therapy fails or if it does he will do a MRI then send me to a surgeon. My plan is a second opinion. I properly will not get surgery unless it is a must.

Always get a second opinion and wouldn't hurt to go see a sports dr. I didn't trust my first dr's opinion and went for a second and found out i had cancer. Never hurts to seek another opinion. I also had a tear in my shoulder cuff and had to put off my trad. bows for several years but now i can pull them in moderation. Six weeks after a 11 hr surgery i shot my biggest deer with a crossbow. You do what you have to keep hunting.
